#NBFluffNStuff Swaddle Designs Swaddle Blankets review and #GIVEAWAY {US and Canada}

One of the things I think is a newborn essential is a good quality swaddle blanket! Both my boys were swaddled from birth until they figured out how to get out of it! Perhaps that's what helped them sleep through the night (6+ hours) at only 8 weeks! That and sleep training. Yes, I did wake them every 2.5/3 hours during the day to feed and never woke them at night!
The first time around though, I did not have a nice swaddle blanket, I simply used receiving blankets for swaddling.
While researching swaddle blankets online I came across Swaddle Designs! I was very impressed right off the bat by the cute prints and the variety of products Swaddle Designs offered. Not only do they sell swaddle blankets, but they also offer crib sheets, towels, wash cloths, bibs, blankets and more!
I was very excited when Swaddle Designs offered to send me a Swaddle Duo set for my review.
The Swaddle Duo set comes with two swaddle blankets. One is made of cotton flannel for moderate to cool temperatures, and the other a cotton Marquisette open weave for warmer climates!

I have to say that the size of these blankets are perfect for swaddling! I love them! The blanket on the left is the cotton flannel and the one on the right is the cotton Marquisette open weave, which I am sure I will be using this summer. The temperatures here in TN can get really hot!

Why swaddle? Did you know that swaddled babies have a lower risk of SIDS? They also sleep better, have fewer cases of colic and fussiness and swaddling can help make breastfeeding easier!?

I love to swaddle my babies! Snug as a bug in a rug!
