2- WINNER #GIVEAWAY Fuzzi Bunz one size Elite Cloth Diaper #GIVEAWAY $20 GC to Petite Bottoms #GIVEAWAY {US and Canada}
GIVEAWAY
I'm going to give one of you a brand new Fuzzi Bunz Elite one size cloth diaper in red (watermelon) AND one of you will also win a $20 GC to Petite Bottoms! One giveaway, two winners!
I'm trying to get an iPad for my friend Laura's son Coen's therapist Heather. Many of you remember the online raffle I held to get some money to help cover Coen's therapy/medical cost. If not, you can read about that here and here!
Sadly, in the state of Tennessee, the government does not pay for ANY of the cost involved for therapy sessions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), some insurances do, but it's not much!
Imagine how many special needs children could be helped if we can get an iPad in the hands of Heather Grinage, Coen's therapist!
I believe it possible, but I need your help.
Gary, of A4cwsn (Apps for children with special needs) is giving away 5 iPads to 5 nominated therapists! I have nominated Coen's therapist Heather, as well as some of Laura's family members and friends. The more nominations Heather receives, the better the chance of her receiving an iPad!
This giveaway is only for those who feel led to help in this cause and are willing to 'like" A4cwsn on FB, and fill out a form with your name and e-mail and the info below!
Let's pull together and nominate Heather (whom I have never personally met) and help get an iPad for her so she can use it to change lives of special needs children!
Here is what you need to do *this literaly takes 5 minutes*
1. "Like" A4cwsn on Facebook (remember A4cwsn is sponsoring a $100 GC to Babies R Us in the upcoming Flufftastic Summer Celebration event, from 10-24 August, so you can comment on the wall if you'd like and let them know I sent ya :)
2. Go here and fill out the form to nominate Coen's therapist!
Here is the info (besides your own personal info) you will need for the form:
For "name of person you are nominating" please put "Heather Grinage"
For the "school or therapy name" please put "Autism Foundation of Tennessee"
For teacher or therapist, please click "therapist"
Then leave a comment here on the blog with your name (must match name used on the form) and your e-mail address, and your Facebook username! (all which will be used to verify winners)!
This giveaway is sponsored by myself and Kim of Petite Bottoms in hopes that we can make a difference in the lives of children with special needs!
This contest will run from now until 29 August and is open to US and Canadian residents!
Winner will be drawn via random.org, e-mailed, posted to the blog and Facebook, and will have 48 hours to respond to claim their prize before another winner is picked!
BUT WAIT... THERE IS MORE!! Extra entries!!!
Get your friends/family to nominate Coen's therapist by taking the steps listed above, then you can come back here and leave another comment (with their information used for the nomination ie: the name used on the form for the nomination, YOUR e-mail address and THEIR FB name)! There is no maximum number of people you can claim that nominate on your behalf! Tweet, share, e-mail, call do whatever you wish! Who is ready???
This is going to be fun! I love the chance to help people who are helping kids with special needs.
By all means, if your child or someone you know goes to therapy, you can nominate them as well! 5 therapists will received iPads and will be using them to change the lives of some very special kiddos!
The first therapist winner of one of the 5 iPads will be announced 1 September!
Also, just fyi (cuz I love you guys so much) A4cwsn is giving away a Nexus 7! Go here to enter this great giveaway!
Thanks for your support!

"Birthday Blessings Bash" MB Styles snack bags review and Baltic Amber Teething necklace #GIVEAWAY {Petite Bottoms}
If you have kids, you know all about snacks! In our house, my boys get about 2 snacks a day... one between breakfast and lunch and one after nap time before dinner!
I'm always looking for ways to make snack time fun! I'm usually out and about with my littles and like to take snacks along. I mean, lets face it, when you are in the checkout line and there only seem to be two registers open, and 40 people in line, sometimes snacks are the only way to keep your kidsquiet well-behaved :)
Kim, of Petite Bottoms told me of some snack bags she had in stock that were made by Megan, a WAHM MB Styles! Then she sent me some for review!
This is what I received:
MB Styles Snack Bags feature a seam free design to prevent crumbs from getting stuck on the inside. The inside material is made from a water resistant nylon, the top is secured with Velcro. There are tabs at the top of the bag for easy opening, this design makes it easier for little hands to open the bag.
To clean simply shake out the crumbs and wipe with a damp cloth. The bags can be hand or machine washed and hung to dry.
Don't see what you are looking for, check back often as our stock of this product is always changing. You can also find Megan on Facebook under MB Styles!
Measurements of Snack Bags and explanation of sets, sizing is approximate:
Mini Snack Bag 5 1/4" wide, 3 1/4" tall
Snack Bag 6" wide, 4 1/2" tall
Sandwich Bag 6" wide, 6" tall
Set of 2 includes one Snack size bag and one Sandwich size bag.
Set of 3 includes one Mini Snack Bag, one Snack size bag and one Sandwich size bag.
These snack bags are perfect. They are just the right size for little hands and the Velcro at the top is very good quality and really makes a good seal!
Megan of MB Styles not only makes great snack bags, but she also makes really cute wet bags and lots of other cool items. You can check out MB Styles for more product information!
I've worked with Kim of Petite Bottoms on a few other reviews and giveaways. I must say, I really do like working with Kim. She has excellent customer service and really cares about helping people find the right items for them! She is very knowledgeable about cloth diapers and other cloth related items!
As a sponsor of the "Birthday Blessings Bash" event, Kim at Petite Bottoms has generously offered one LWML follower a Knickernappies Baltic Amber teething necklace in caramel!
To enter, simply use the rafflecopter form below, you may have to click on "read more" to see the rafflecopter entry form!
This giveaway is open to US and Canadian residents!!
Good Luck and have fun!

Of course Kim let me choose the prints! My 2 yo loves Thomas and my *almost* 4 yo adores Bob the Builder! These are perfect. Here is a bit more information about the MB Styles snack bags (info taken from Petite Bottoms website):
These snack bags are handmade by the lovely Megan, owner of MB Styles. She is a local work at home NH mom. We are thrilled to offer her high quality snack bags to all of our customers. "Newborns AND Cloth" Lots of goodies I reviewed and a $25.00 GC #GIVEAWAY {Petite Bottoms}
So awhile back I *met* Kim from Petite Bottoms and she sponsored a review of a Woolybottoms soaker and a pair of wool slippers... you can read that review HERE!
When I told Kim I was heading to Oregon to be with my sister while she had her baby Kim was quick to get in on the action. Kim graciously sent me a few great items for review. I received a Rumparooz Newborn diaper cover, a set of 3 different cloth wipes and a contoured diaper both made by Kim herself!!
This is what I received:
From left to right on the wipes, Grovia cloth wipes ($10.95 per 12 pack); Petite Bottoms flannel wipes ($1.17 each) and the ones on the right have been discontinued, but are very similar to the Petite Bottoms velour wipes ($1.34 each)!
The laundry tabs for the Velcro/Hook and loop on the Rumparooz:
And of course, the infamous inner gussets to contain the messiest of messes :)
This is the diaper on the smallest setting:
I coupled the Rumparooz newborn cover with Kim's contoured diaper:
The contoured diaper with the Rumparooz newborn cover:
That is a nice fit around the legs!
So comfy in this diaper:
Isn't he so adorable... Uhhmmmm yeah, back to the review (can you tell I am missing him)!
I love Kim's contoured diaper. It works really well, both for a diaper and a burp cloth! It is really long and you can see in the picture above that I had to fold the front of it down so that it would fit Ezra just right!
The wipes are amazing! They are so soft and they really do an awesome job at cleaning up the poo! Yes, even meconium poo!!
The contoured diaper and the wipes really wash up well... I used Rockin Green and some Lu Lu's Glamour wash.... no stains!
The Rumparooz diaper cover is awesome! Again, I am not a huge fan of Velcro/Hook and Loop but this diaper really fit well over Kim's contoured diaper! No leaks or other problems with this system!
I imagine this cover would work really well on other fitted diapers or prefolds as well... I didn't get a chance to try it out on anything but the contoured diaper, and it worked awesome!
The cover is made from biodegradable TPU & Polyester and fits a baby from 4-12 lbs!
You can purchase the Rumparooz Lil Joey newborn cover from Petite Bottoms for $9.95 (solids) and $11.95 for prints!
You can purchase the contoured diaper made by Kim herself for only $3.49!
But as a sponsor of the Newborns AND Cloth event, Kim has graciously offered one LWML follower a chance to win a $25.00 GC to be used towards the purchase of anything at Petite Bottoms!
To enter, simply use the rafflecopter form below, you may have to click on "read more" to see the rafflecopter entry form!
Good Luck and have fun!

Woolybottoms wool soaker wool slippers review and $30.00 GC GIVEAWAY to Petite Bottoms!! (9/17)
Have you heard of Petite Bottoms? They are a cloth diapering shop out of Newmarket NH! Owned and operated by Kim
And her husband Aki! I've been 'chatting' with Kim back and forth for a few weeks and I must say that her passion for her business and her professionalism is top notch! She answers e-mails promptly and ships items fast! Petite Bottoms has awesome customer service!
Petite Bottoms carries all types of cloth diapers, diaper detergents, skin care items, wraps, and BOB Strollers and accessories! They also have a cloth diaper play group every Wednesday at 10:30! I wish I lived in NH!
Kim graciously sent me a size large Woolybottoms soaker for review!
This is what I received:
(front view)
(back view)
This soaker is really awesome! I was getting ready to wash it and lanolize it to use on my 3 yo, and then Kim told me that is was ready to go! It arrived at my door prepped! How awesome is that? No waiting to use this cover, it was lanolized, washed and ready!
While I was getting ready to wash it, I turned it inside out (as I normally lanolize my soakers inside out so the lanolin goes inside the cover) and I noticed something about this cover that I think is just awesome! See:
It's a sewn in soaker! Love this feature!
This is the soaker on my 3 yo son over a hemp fitted diaper:
Absolutely bullet-proof!
When I had told Kim how much I loved the soaker by Woolybottoms, she told me that they also made wool slippers! She sent me a pair size 3t for my son!
This is what I received:
These slippers are very well made. They are wool, with a leather sole! My son always wakes up with cold feet in the morning. I can't wait for him to get used to the idea of wearing slippers. I am a slipper-girl and I just wish Woolybottoms made these for us adults!
You can purchase the Woolybottoms soaker from Petite Bottoms for $24.00 and the slippers too for $19.00!
Kim has graciously offered one LWML follower a chance to win a $30.00 GC to be used at her shop and free shipping!
To enter, simply use the rafflecopter form below, you may have to click on "read more" to see the rafflecopter entry form!
