This was a diaper cover manufactured by Cloth Diapers Inc (CDI)! This diaper cover and sock monkey doll sold out very fast!
The diaper cover is a one size cover and we LOVE it! I use it with Best bottom snap in soakers.
This is how it fit on my little girl, shortly after her birth (at about 6 lbs) on the smallest setting:
