I'm trying to get an iPad for my friend Laura's son Coen's therapist Heather. Many of you remember the online raffle I held to get some money to help cover Coen's therapy/medical cost. If not, you can read about that here and here!

Sadly, in the state of Tennessee, the government does not pay for ANY of the cost involved for therapy sessions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), some insurances do, but it's not much!

Imagine how many special needs children could be helped if we can get an iPad in the hands of Heather Grinage, Coen's therapist!
I believe it possible, but I need your help.

Baby Roo wet bag review and $20 GC #GIVEAWAY {US and Canada}

Every cloth diapering mama knows there are a few accessories that are a must-have when using cloth!
One such item is a good, durable and affordable wet bag. I was thrilled when Shandell of Baby Roo's contacted me to do a review for her. I had reviewed her original version wet bag awhile back, but now she has just launched a brand new wet bag and I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to review it!
This is what I received:

This is the wet bag in 'robots on black' fabric and is the regular size, which holds 3-4 cloth diapers. There are a few differences from this bag compared to the older version. First thing I noticed was two zippered openings! There is an opening on the top, which is the opening to the waterproof wet bag itself (which has a nice quality PUL lining):

Then there is also a zipper along the outside of the bag:

The outer zipper is a non-waterproofed pocket that is perfect for storing clean diapers, wipes pacifiers, or whatever you may need! (I LOVE this feature)!

My Fuzzi Bunz one size fit perfectly in the pocket too!

Another thing I noticed about the new wet bags is the overall quality. I think the PUL on the inside is a log thicker than previously and I LOVE it!

"Birthday Blessings Bash" Goodmama "Galaxy Glee" clothdiaper review and $20 GC #GIVEAWAY {Bouncing Babies} US and Canada!!

The first time I learned of Goodmama diapers was back when we started using fitteds and wool covers at night when my oldest was around 2 years old and we needed to find a night-time cloth diapering solution. I just couldn't justify (or convince my husband) spending $40+ on one diaper (that needs a cover). So I put the desire in the back of my mind. I searched high and low for a Goodmama giveaway but couldn't find one anywhere!

This diaper is AWESOME! I LOVE it! I love that it is a one size fitted diaper that can be used from about 10-35+ lbs! The outer is a cotton woven material and the inner is a organic bamboo velour material. Here are some more pics for your viewing pleasure:

As you can see the two layer soaker simply snaps to the back of the diaper.
This diaper is not water-proofed and does need a cover. However I used it on my 2 yo without a cover during the day and just changed him when the out side of the diaper became damp!
This diaper fits my 2 yo perfectly!
