Ergo Baby Carrier Review and GIVEAWAY!!

I’m in ♥Love♥ (again)!!
Yes, I love my husband (dearly) and clearly my two Littles, but there is new spark in my heart. For what you may ask… my Ergo Baby Carrier! I absolutely LOVE it!
I bought an Ergo carrier from Diapers.com the other week. This is the one I chose! I paid $135.00 (with free shipping) and let me tell you, it was worth every penny! I had been the proud owner of a Baby Bjorn for almost 3 years but found that it just was not what I needed anymore. The Baby Bjorn is suitable for an 8 lb-24lb baby, and I found myself desiring a carrier that would go the extra mile, and grow with my boys! The Ergo Carrier does just that! The Ergo is designed for babies from infancy (with additional infant insert) up to 40 lbs!! Amazing right? I thought so! I loved the idea that you can carry your baby in three different positions with the Ergo. You can carry your baby on your back:
Or you can carry your baby on the front, (known in the Ergo world as Heart to Heart)!!
And then there is the hip carry!
(I have not tried the hip carry as of yet, but suddenly have the urge to)!

When I received my Ergo, I anxiously opened the box and the first thing I noticed was how soft the fabric was, and how beautiful the design! It was perfect!!! I couldn’t wait to try it out! Unfortunately it arrived during nap time, and both my Littles were asleep! I was tempted on waking them (or one) but decided it best to put a happy, well rested baby in the carrier as opposed to a cranky baby!
After nap time, I put my (then) 8 month old 14 lb son in it riding in the front position. It was great. We walked across the street to the park with my 2 year old son in tow. Not a peep from my youngest. He simply looked all around, taking in the beauty of God’s creation. It was great. I could freely move, bend down and help my eldest climb at the park without feeling awkward! Then we went to get our pumpkins. I thought it a great opportunity for a photo shoot, and to test the ease of loading and unloading my 2 year old from the car, whilst wearing my youngest! This proved to be a simple task, with no hassles!

The real test was carrying my 30 lb 2 year old. So, today I took him out back and (with my husband’s help) put him in the carrier on my back!

He had a great time. He loved looking at things from a different view, and was very comfortable riding in the Ergo. But after a little while he was ready to get down and ‘go exploring.’ This is typical for any 2 year old. He is discovering his independence, and prefers to walk whenever the opportunity arises!
I found it sort of tricky to buckle the clasp that is located near the shoulder blades at first. But after a few times practicing (and a few good stretches) I found it easy, and comfortable to put my youngest son in the Ergo (Heart to Heart carry position) with ease!
