SoftBums Omni Review AND GIVEAWAY *with a twist*

One of the joys of Cloth diapering (besides saving loads of money, helping the planet, and seeing your littles run around in obvious cuteness) is the chance to try out so many different kinds of diapers. There are so many kinds out there.... Name brands and household names, custom diapers from WAHM's, fitted diapers and wool (thats a post that will be coming soon so stay tuned)! I was recently given the opportunity to try a SoftBums Omni! I received the "Snowcone" Omni: The SoftBums Omni is a One size diaper that can accomodate a child from 6-35 lbs! Can you see from the picture what makes this diaper different than any other (I have tried)? This diaper was designed to be one diaper that can be used 3 different ways! It can be used like an AI2 (simply snap in the super soft pod): A pocket: Or you can cover the diaper with a flat or prefold: So many options...don't we all love options?? This is the Soft Bums Omni at the smallest setting (makes me want another baby... can't you just picture a tiny little baby in that diaper)?

I have used this diaper all 3 ways on both my boys! My oldest Aaron is 3 and is 33+ lbs. He is a heavy wetter and I found this diaper to be great, no leaks (though it did have a bit of extra stuffing to prevent that)! *sorry, didn't get any pics of him in this great diaper**

This diaper fit my Joshua (who is 14 months and just 20 lbs) really great too!

I did not experience any leaks with either child! I think my favorite way to use this diaper is with the pod snapped in place. The pod is so super soft and I can imagine how comfortable it must be against my little's skin! Another really great feature about this diaper is the Slide to Size technology as seen here:

You can see the small opening in the front of the diaper where you can adjust the toggle for the perfect fit!

Another thing I have to add about this diaper... many of you know that I really am not a fan of Velcro/hook and loop, but I would have to say that my love for snaps did not make me love this diaper any less (surprisingly)! I always reach for my diapers with snaps out of habit, but since receiving this diaper, I find myself searching for it to put it on my boys (especially during nap-time)!
