Eco-Friendly Swim Suits for Mama?? Yes Please!! Eco Swim swimsuit by Aqua Green Review and #GIVEAWAY {world-wide}

I love summertime! I LOVE BBQ's long summer nights, spending time with family and friends and also all things water! I grew up on the west coast where I was only an hour and a half from the beautiful beach and 2 hours drive from Mt. Hood! I really miss the ocean. The last time I went to the ocean was about 2 years ago we went to Ocean City NJ! It was nice, the water was awesome, but it was very touristy (if that's a word)! I personally like the more quiet, secluded beaches. I love to take my boys to the pool and water parks now that it's hot out! They are my little water babies and I LOVE it! Totally fearless of the water, but respectful at the same time.

So I've had the same swimsuit for the last 3 years (I know, lame huh)? I bought it right after I had my first son and so needless to say, a new swimsuit was way over due. Being that I am trying to reduce my carbon footprint in every area of our lives, I decided purchasing a new swimsuit was not different!
Then I heard about Eco Swim by Aqua Green swimsuits! You see, Eco Swim is unlike any other swimsuit you may find. Why? Well, because each suit is made from recycled material, making this swimsuit the most sustainably responsible on the market. Eco Swimsuits don't just have an eco-friendly brand name, but the company also takes steps to reduce the carbon footprints that are damaging our earth.
Eco swim frequently participates in beach clean-ups, and is a member of the Oceanic Society whose primary mission is to protect endangered wildlife and preserve threatened marine habitats worldwide. The society is known for exploring and protecting the natural world. Proceeds from their dolphin adoption program in which Eco Swim participates go to research equipment and dolphin protection. Dolphins are in the waters of the Bahamas and are the subjects of a long term, non-invasive research project started in 1988!
On 9 June, 2012 Eco Swim Teamed up with Dillards and removed 276 lbs of trash from Ben T. Davis Beach in Tampa, FL!

Not only is Eco Swim by Aqua Green an amazingly eco-friendly company that not only walks the walk and are not all talk, like some 'eco-friendly' companies you find out there, but their suits are ROCKIN!
Here are some of the swimsuits you will find at Eco Swim:

I was sent the shirred tankini top and ruffle hipster bottom in black for my review!
This is what I received:

  3. While their bathing suits may be "all natural" their models certainly don't seem to be. ;)
