I was able to test this stuff out before the birth of baby #3 when my 3 yo sun burned his arm on a pan that just came out of the oven. I put it on his burn at night time and within 3 days I noticed a significant reduction of redness and irritation around the burn!

 

This balm comes in very handy! I carry it in my diaper bag. I've not had the chance to use it on a diaper rash, as of yet, but I have no doubt that it will work amazing! It works so well for everything else. No need to worry either that you may be ruining your beloved cloth diaper when using it either, because it's cloth diaper safe!
